黄文秀，1989年4月出生于广西田阳的一个贫困家庭，是一位杰出的年轻人物。2016年，她从北京师范大学硕士毕业后，放弃大城市的机会，回到家乡百色。
Huang Wenxiu, born in April 1989 in a poor family in Tianyang, Guangxi, was a remarkable young figure. After graduating from Beijing Normal University with a master degree in 2016, she gave up opportunities in big cities and returned to her hometown, Baise.
2018年3月，她主动担任乐业县百坭村第一书记。尽管当地贫困状况复杂，她走访了每一户贫困户。通过她的努力，103户贫困户中的88户，共418人成功脱贫，村集体经济收入翻倍。
In March 2018, she took the initiative to become the first secretary of Baini Village, Leye County. Despite the complex poverty situation there, she visited every poor household. Through her efforts, 88 out of 103 poor households, a total of 418 people, were lifted out of poverty, and the village's collective economic income doubled.
然而，2019年6月16日晚，在暴雨中驱车回村时，她不幸遭遇山洪，年仅30岁便牺牲了。黄文秀将青春奉献给了脱贫事业，彰显了共产党员的精神，她的事迹深深激励着无数人。
